Yes, DBU offers several housing options for transfer students. Transfer students with less than 30 hours can live in one of our residence halls. Students who have completed at least 30 credit hours are eligible to live in the DBU Apartments, Townhomes, or Brownstones.

Students desiring to live in the residence halls must complete a residence hall application and medical history form. These forms are mailed to students by the Residence Life Office upon acceptance to the University. Students desiring to live in the Colonial Village Apartments, Williamsburg Village Townhomes, or Williamsburg Borwnstones must complete an apartment application and medical history forms. These forms are available in the Apartment Life Office.
